These terms apply to ClipShark websites, clipping services, editing services, and related publishing workflows.

Services

ClipShark provides short-form video clipping, editing, captions, sponsor placement, and publishing support. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and platform targets are agreed per project.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and account access needed for any content, channels, clips, logos, or sponsorship materials you provide.

Platform rules

Publishing to social platforms is subject to each platform's terms, policies, limits, review systems, and API availability. ClipShark cannot guarantee platform approval, monetization, reach, or continued availability.

Content and approvals

Unless agreed otherwise, you approve content direction, brand materials, and publishing targets. ClipShark may decline work that creates legal, safety, or platform-policy risk.
